अग्निंaghniṃ होतारंhotāraṃ परpra वर्णेvṛṇe मियेधेmiyedhe गर्त्संghṛtsaṃ कविंkaviṃ विश्वविदममूरमviśvavidamamūram |

सsa नोno यक्षदyakṣad देवताताdevatātā यजीयानyajīyān रायेrāye वाजायvājāya वनतेमघानिvanatemaghāni ||
AGNI, quick, sage, infallible, all-knowing, I choose to be our Priest at this oblation.
In our Gods’ service he, best skilled, shall worship: may he obtain us boons for strength and riches.
3.19.1
परpra तेte अग्नेaghne हविष्मतीमियर्म्यछाhaviṣmatīmiyarmyachā सुद्युम्नांsudyumnāṃ रातिनींrātinīṃ घर्ताचीमghṛtācīm |

परदक्षिणिदpradakṣiṇid देवतातिमुराणःdevatātimurāṇaḥ संsaṃ रातिभिर्वसुभिर्यज्ञमश्रेतrātibhirvasubhiryajñamaśret ||
Agni, to thee I lift the oil-fed ladle, bright, with an offering, bearing our oblation.
From the right hand, choosing the Gods’ attendance, he with rich presents hath arranged the worship.
3.19.2
सsa तेजीयसाtejīyasā मनसाmanasā तवोतtvota उतuta शिक्षśikṣa सवपत्यस्यsvapatyasya शिक्षोःśikṣoḥ |

अग्नेaghne रायोrāyo नर्तमस्यnṛtamasya परभूतौprabhūtau भूयामbhūyāma तेte सुष्टुतयश्चsuṣṭutayaśca वस्वःvasvaḥ ||
Of keenest spirit is the man thou aidest give us good offspring, thou who givest freely.
In power of wealth most rich in men. O Agni, of thee, the Good, may we sing forth fair praises.
3.19.3
भूरीणिbhūrīṇi हिhi तवेtve दधिरेdadhire अनीकाग्नेanīkāghne देवस्यdevasya यज्यवोyajyavo जनासःjanāsaḥ |

सsa आā वहvaha देवतातिंdevatātiṃ यविष्ठyaviṣṭha शर्धोśardho यदद्यyadadya दिव्यंयजासिdivyaṃyajāsi ||
Men as they worship thee the God, O Agni, have set on thee full many a brilliant, aspect.
So bring Most Youthful One, the Gods’ assembly, the Heavenly Host which thou to-day shalt honour.
3.19.4
यतyat तवाtvā होतारमनजनhotāramanajan मियेधेmiyedhe निषादयन्तोniṣādayanto यजथायyajathāya देवाःdevāḥ |

सsa तवंtvaṃ नोno अग्ने.अवितेहaghne.aviteha बोध्यधिbodhyadhi शरवांसिśravāṃsi धेहिdhehi नस्तनूषुnastanūṣu ||
When Gods anoint thee Priest at their oblation, and seat thee for thy task as Sacrificer,
O Agni, be thou here our kind defender, and to ourselves vouchsafe the gift of glory.
