ऐभिरग्नेaibhiraghne दुवोduvo गिरोghiro विश्वेभिःviśvebhiḥ सोमपीतयेsomapītaye |

देवेभिर्याहिdevebhiryāhi यक्षिyakṣi चca ||
To drink the Soma, Agni, come, to our service and our songs.
With all these Gods; and worship them.
1.14.1
आā तवाtvā कण्वाkaṇvā अहूषतahūṣata गर्णन्तिghṛṇanti विप्रvipra तेte धियःdhiyaḥ |

देवेभिरग्नdevebhiraghna आā गहिghahi ||
The Kaṇvas have invoked thee; they, O Singer, sing thee songs of praise
Agni, come hither with the Gods;
1.14.2
इन्द्रवायूindravāyū बर्हस्पतिंbṛhaspatiṃ मित्राग्निंmitrāghniṃ पूषणंpūṣaṇaṃ भगमbhagham |

आदित्यान्मारुतंādityānmārutaṃ गणमghaṇam ||
Indra, Vāyu, Bṛhaspati, Mitra, Agni, Pūṣan, Bhaga,
Ādityas, and the Marut host.
1.14.3
परpra वोvo भरियन्तbhriyanta इन्दवोindavo मत्सराmatsarā मादयिष्णवःmādayiṣṇavaḥ |

दरप्साdrapsā मध्वश्चमूषदःmadhvaścamūṣadaḥ ||
For you these juices are poured forth that gladden and exhilarate,
The meath-drops resting in the cup.
1.14.4
ईळतेīḷate तवामवस्यवःtvāmavasyavaḥ कण्वासोkaṇvāso वर्क्तबर्हिषःvṛktabarhiṣaḥ |

हविष्मन्तोरंक्र्तःhaviṣmantoaraṃkṛtaḥ ||
The sons of Kaṇva fain for help adore thee, having strewn the grass,
With offerings and all things prepared.
1.14.5
घर्तप्र्ष्ठाghṛtapṛṣṭhā मनोयुजोmanoyujo येye तवाtvā वहन्तिvahanti वह्नयःvahnayaḥ |

आā देवानdevān सोमपीतयेsomapītaye ||
Let the swift steeds who carry thee, thought-yoked and dropping holy oil,
Bring the Gods to the Soma draught.
1.14.6
तानtān यजत्रानyajatrān रताव्र्धो.अग्नेṛtāvṛdho.aghne पत्नीवतसpatnīvatas कर्धिkṛdhi |

मध्वःmadhvaḥ सुजिह्वsujihva पाययpāyaya ||
Adored, the strengtheners of Law, unite them, Agni, with their Dames:
Make them drink meath, O bright of tongue.
1.14.7
येye यजत्राyajatrā यya ईड्यास्तेīḍyāste तेte पिबन्तुpibantu जिह्वयाjihvayā |

मधोरग्नेmadhoraghne वषट्क्र्तिvaṣaṭkṛti ||
Let them, O Agni, who deserve worship and praise drink with thy tongue
The meath in solemn sacrifice.
1.14.8
आकींākīṃ सूर्यस्यsūryasya रोचनादrocanād विश्वानviśvān देवानुषर्बुधःdevānuṣarbudhaḥ |

विप्रोvipro होतेहhoteha वक्षतिvakṣati ||
Away, from the Sun's realm of light, the wise invoking Priest shall bring
All Gods awaking with the dawn.
1.14.9
विश्वेभिःviśvebhiḥ सोम्यंsomyaṃ मध्वग्नmadhvaghna इन्द्रेणindreṇa वायुनाvāyunā |

पिबाpibā मित्रस्यmitrasya धामभिःdhāmabhiḥ ||
With all the Gods, with Indra, with Vāyu, and Mitra's splendours, drink,
Agni, the pleasant Soma juice.
1.14.10
तवंtvaṃ होताhotā मनुर्हितो.अग्नेmanurhito.aghne यज्ञेषुyajñeṣu सीदसिsīdasi |

सेमंsemaṃ नोno अध्वरंadhvaraṃ यजyaja ||
Ordained by Manu as our Priest, thou sittest, Agni, at each rite:
Hallow thou this our sacrifice.
1.14.11
युक्ष्वाyukṣvā हयरुषीhyaruṣī रथेrathe हरितोharito देवdeva रोहितःrohitaḥ |

ताभिर्देवानिहाtābhirdevānihā वहvaha ||
Harness the Red Mares to thy car, the Bays, O God, the flaming ones:
With those bring hitherward the Gods.
