विष्णुर्योनिंviṣṇuryoniṃ कल्पयतुkalpayatu तवष्टाtvaṣṭā रूपाणिrūpāṇi पिंशतुpiṃśatu |

आसिञ्चतुāsiñcatu परजापतिर्धाताprajāpatirdhātā गर्भंgharbhaṃ दधातुdadhātu तेte ||
MAY Viṣṇu form and mould the womb, may Tvaṣṭar duly shape the forms,
Prajāpati infuse the stream, and Dhātar lay the germ for thee.

गर्भंgharbhaṃ धेहिdhehi सिनीवालिsinīvāli गर्भंgharbhaṃ धेहिdhehi सरस्वतिsarasvati |

गर्भंgharbhaṃ तेश्विनौteaśvinau देवावाdevāvā धत्तांdhattāṃ पुष्करस्रजाpuṣkarasrajā ||
O Sinīvālī, set the germ, set thou the germ, Sarasvatī:
May the Twain Gods bestow the germ, the Aśvins crowned with lotuses.

हिरण्ययीhiraṇyayī अरणीaraṇī यंyaṃ निर्मन्थतोnirmanthato अश्विनाaśvinā |

तंtaṃ तेगर्भंtegharbhaṃ हवामहेhavāmahe दशमेdaśame मासिmāsi सूतवेsūtave ||
That which the Aśvins Twain rub forth with the attrition-sticks of gold,—
That germ of thine we invocate, that in the tenth month thou mayst bear.
