वायोvāyo शुक्रोśukro अयामिayāmi तेte मध्वोmadhvo अग्रंaghraṃ दिविष्टिषुdiviṣṭiṣu |

आā याहिyāhi सोमपीतयेsomapītaye सपार्होspārho देवdeva नियुत्वताniyutvatā ||
Vāyu, the bright is offered thee, best of the meath at holy rites.
Come thou to drink the Soma juice, God, longed-for, on thy team-drawn car.
4.47.1
इन्द्रशindraś चca वायवvāyav एषांeṣāṃ सोमानामsomānām पीतिमpītim अर्हथःarhathaḥ |

युवांyuvāṃ हिhi यन्तीन्दवोyantīndavo निम्नमnimnam आपोāpo नna सध्र्यकsadhryak ||
O Vāyu, thou and Indra are meet drinkers of these Soma-draughts,
For unto you the drops proceed as waters gather to the vale.
4.47.2
वायवvāyav इन्द्रशindraś चca शुष्मिणाśuṣmiṇā सरथंsarathaṃ शवससśavasas पतीpatī |

नियुत्वन्ताniyutvantā नna ऊतयūtaya आā यातंyātaṃ सोमपीतयेsomapītaye ||
O Indra-Vāyu, mighty Twain, speeding together, Lords of Strength,
Come to our succour with your team, that ye may drink the Soma juice.

याyā वांvāṃ सन्तिsanti पुरुस्प्र्होpuruspṛho नियुतोniyuto दाशुषेdāśuṣe नराnarā |

अस्मेasme ताtā यज्ञवाहसेन्द्रवायूyajñavāhasendravāyū निni यछतमyachatam ||
The longed-for teams which ye possess, O Heroes, for the worshipper,
Turn to us, Indra-Vāyu, ye to whom the sacrifice is paid.
