अग्नेaghne सहन्तमsahantam आā भरbhara दयुम्नस्यdyumnasya परासहाprāsahā रयिमrayim |

विश्वाviśvā यशyaś चर्षणीरcarṣaṇīr अभ्यabhy रसाṛsā वाजेषुvājeṣu सासहतsāsahat ||
By thy fair splendour's mighty power, O Agni, bring victorious wealth,
Wealth that o’ercometh all mankind, and, near us, conquereth in fight.
5.23.1
तमtam अग्नेaghne पर्तनाषहंpṛtanāṣahaṃ रयिंrayiṃ सहस्वsahasva आā भरbhara |

तवंtvaṃ हिhi सत्योsatyo अद्भुतोadbhuto दाताdātā वाजस्यvājasya गोमतःghomataḥ ||
Victorious Agni, bring to us the wealth that vanquisheth in war;
For thou art wonderful and true, giver of strength in herds of kine.
5.23.2
विश्वेviśve हिhi तवाtvā सजोषसोsajoṣaso जनासोjanāso वर्क्तबर्हिषःvṛktabarhiṣaḥ |

होतारंhotāraṃ सद्मसुsadmasu परियंpriyaṃ वयन्तिvyanti वार्याvāryā पुरुpuru ||
For all the folk with one accord, whose sacred grass is trimmed and strewn,
Invite thee to their worship-halls, as a dear Priest, for choicest wealth.
5.23.3
सsa हिhi षमाṣmā विश्वचर्षणिरviśvacarṣaṇir अभिमातिabhimāti सहोsaho दधेdadhe |

अग्नaghna एषुeṣu कषयेष्वkṣayeṣv आā रेवनrevan नःnaḥ शुक्रśukra दीदिहिdīdihi दयुमतdyumat पावकpāvaka दीदिहिdīdihi ||
For he, the God of all men, hath gotten him might that quelleth foes.
O Agni, in these homes shine forth, bright God! for our prosperity, shine, Purifier! splendidly.
